Build consists of

Chemical clean block and crank -cracktest

Remove and refit new liners- deck block -new cam bearings

Remachined crank- balanced assembly

Tunnel bore main tunnels,clearances blueprinted accurately- ACL race series bearings used

H beam 30mm rods and our genuine turbo piston kit.

New oil pump, head bolts, water pump , Permaseal quality gaskets

Our new cylinder head with porting mods and our heavy duty valve springs ideal for boosted engines.

Note we can do a performance cam grind to enhance boosted engines $500 extra.

Note these engines are prone to parent bore distortion and cracking which deems them unable to rebuild, if a new genuine nissan block is required

Nissan do not service the factory turbo blocks but however have the non turbo ones,we can mod these to fit the turbo application if required at extra costing.

If crankshafts are cracked -extra costing for crankshaft replacement.

If youre nissan cylinder head is not cracked and reconditionable we can do this at same cost as above pricing if prefered over a new aftermarket casting.

NOTE -TD42 engines are covered under our warranty providing they are at factory boost level and factory external accessories.

If modifications and tuning are undertaken by customers they are at their own risk.

However we offer a full workmanship warranty against our work and on the manufacturers parts.
